I'm not a vegetarian, but I try to limit the amount of fatty meat I eat. I love hamburgers and this recipe is a good substitute that is low in calories, low fat, and high fiber. Combine the following ingredients and mix well:
Form into patties and bake on low heat(about 250 degrees F) in oven. Depending on how thick you make them, they may bake for 2 hours or so. You can also fry these up in a pan. I usually make up a triple batch, bake them all and then freeze them. |
